As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. It means that we have received your order.

As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable for immediate shipment (within 2 business days) we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for shipment we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Most orders are shipped within 3 business days. Processing time of your orders may vary from immediate to 3 business days depending on product availability.

We will send you the tracking information with in 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out.if you do not receive tracking information with in 4 business days after placing the order feel free to contact us . Orders delievered by ground service average 2-8 business days from date of order to delivery. Additional charges may apply depending on weight.

When counting actual ship date, please do not count Saturdays, Sundays, or gazetted holidays. Please include contact person, complete street address, mobile no., e-mail for all orders. Any extra taxes, octoroi, duties, or related fees will be your responsibility at the time of receipt.

Our responsibility ceases the moment goods leave our premises. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it.
